How to Request Data Deletion
AdForge is committed to the privacy and security of our users. In accordance with Meta Platform policies, we provide a mechanism for users to request the deletion of their data associated with our application.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Via Facebook Settings
You can remove our application's access to your data directly through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy -> Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites in the left menu.
- Search for AdForge in the list of active apps.
- Click on the Remove button next to the app.
- Confirm your choice to remove the app and its data access.
Direct Request
If you wish to delete all your account data from AdForge entirely, please send an email to our data privacy team.

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Our team will process your request within 48 hours and notify you once all personal information and platform tokens associated with your account have been permanently erased from our databases.
Data Retention Policy
When you delete your account or unlink AdForge from Facebook, we immediately invalidate all access tokens. Inactive data is periodically purged from our systems to ensure we only retain information necessary for providing our service or complying with financial regulations (e.g., billing history).
